• Client was charged with Following Too Closely (Tailgating) in Lower Alloways Municipal Court. The prosecutor refused to offer any acceptable downgrades, so the case went to trial.  Result: Case dismissed at trial.

• Client was a professional driver involved in a crash on the job with an injury reported and was charged with Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, Delaying Traffic, Obstructing Traffic and Improper Use of a Divided Highway in Union Municipal Court.  Result: All charges dismissed.

• Client crashed into 5 other vehicles and was charged with Careless Driving in Berkeley Municipal Court.  Result: Plea Agreement resulting in the charge being downgraded to Obstructing Traffic, a no-point violation with a $50 fine.

• Client represented himself at trial on the charge of Using a Cell Phone while Driving and was found guilty.  He hired our firm to appeal his conviction to the Somerset County Superior Court.  Result: Conviction Overturned on Appeal.​​

• Client was charged with Driving While Suspended, Failure to Return Suspended License, Failure to Have Inspection, Unclear Plates and Failure to Show Insurance Documents in Newark Municipal Court. Result: All charges dismissed. w

• Client was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drugs in a Vehicle, Driving While Suspended, Driving Without Insurance, and a Seatbelt Violation in Egg Harbor Municipal Court. Result: Plea Agreement resulting in all drug charges being dismissed and all document charges being downgraded to Failure to Produce Documents, resulting in only a fine with no additional penalties.

• Client's driver's license was suspended by the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission due to a poor driving record.  Result: Client's license was restored after our firm wrote a letter to the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission on his behalf.

• Client was charged with Speeding in Franklinville Municipal Court.  Due to a poor driving record he was at risk of a license suspension if convicted of any moving violations.  Result: Plea agreement resulting in the charge being downgraded to Obstructing Traffic, a no-point violation with a $50 fine.

• Client was charged with Driving Without Insurance Documents in the Rochelle Park Municipal Court.  The prosecutor refused to dismiss the charge, despite a valid defense, so the case went to trial.  Result: Not guilty verdict.

​

• Client was a professional truck driver whose truck downed some low-hanging wires in a residential neighborhood.  He was charged with driving his truck in a prohibited zone in Secaucus Municipal Court.  If convicted he would have been fired from his job.  Result:  All charges dismissed.

• Client was charged with Driving While Suspended in Elizabeth Municipal Court. Result: All charges dismissed.

• 14-year-old client was involved in a crash and was charged with Driving Without a License in Montclair Municipal Court.  We filed a motion to quash the subpoena of the Prosecution's only witness in the case, which was opposed by the prosecutor.  Result: All charges dismissed after the judge granted the motion.

• Client was charged with Fictitious Plates, Abandonment of a Motor Vehicle, Unclear Plates and Driving an Unregistered Vehicle in the Paterson Municipal Court.  Result: All charges dismissed.

• Client was found asleep in his parked car and was charged with DUI and several parking violations in Perth Amboy Municipal Court. We challenged the operation element, arguing there was insufficient evidence that the client drove the vehicle before becoming intoxicated. Result: DUI charge dismissed by judge following a contested hearing.

• Client was charged with Speeding and a Cell Phone Violation in the Jersey City Municipal Court.                                    Result: All charges dismissed.

• Client was charged with DUI, Drug Possession, a Lane Violation and having an Unregistered Vehicle in the Bedminster Municipal Court.  Result: Plea agreement resulting in no license suspension and the DUI and drug charges being dismissed.  Client plead guilty only to having an unregistered vehicle and reckless driving.

• Client received a Scheduled Suspension Notice from the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission stating that his license would be suspended for 6 months.  Client hired our firm to request a hearing to contest this suspension.                                Result: No license suspension imposed.

• Client was a professional Uber driver who lost her job due to pleading guilty to too many traffic tickets.  She hired our firm for help.  Result: we were able to get one of her cases (an Obstructing Traffic charge in Jersey City) reopened and dismissed, allowing her to get her job back.

• Client was charged with 3 counts of Leaving the Scene of an Accident, 3 counts of Failure to Report an Accident, 3 counts of Careless Driving, 2 counts of Driving an Uninsured Vehicle, Unsafe Lane Change and Abandoning a Vehicle in the Upper Freehold and West Windsor Municipal Courts.  Result: Plea agreements resulting in no jail time and no loss of license.  All 3 Leaving the Scene charges were dismissed and client plead guilty to several minor charges.
